Importing bulk data into CRM, whether on the initial load, or subsequent Lead loads or what not, can become a daunting task. In most cases people will use Excel to manage the data, and save to .csv for CRM import. Here comes the fun part. I’ve had multiple situations where Excel specific cell formatting can create issues in the .csv file. Always remove all formatting before exporting to .csv
